Our upcoming benchmark report is all about capacity planning: How many SDRs, leads and pipeline are needed for you to hit your and your team's quotas.
We want to look at how you, as SDR leaders, are building out these models; if your RevOps/ C-level dictate what those should be, or if you are controlling the narrative on this.
We will be breaking down the benchmark report into 3 sections:
Get your insights into what is currently happening on the ground
We want to interview the SDR leaders who have built capacity plans before and hear how they were able to do this (Reply to this newsletter is interested!)
We will provide you with frameworks on how to build your capacity planning for the next cycle.
