SURVEY
Our State of EMEA Sales Development Survey 2025 is now out!

Each year, we produce a survey for EMEA SDR Leaders, that will give them the insights and firepower to make the right decisions around comp, quota and how much they should actually be paid.

This is what we uncovered in 2025:

1️⃣ 55.9% of respondents increased SDR headcount, disproving the “SDR is dead” narrative. Organisations are doubling down on SDRs as critical revenue drivers.

2️⃣ Full in-office work (4+ days/week) correlates with lower quota attainment. Hybrid setups (2–3 days/week) show the strongest performance balance.

3️⃣ AI adoption among SDR teams has surged: 13.7% now use AI SDRs, and nearly 30% are exploring implementation. Yet, there’s no clear link between AI use and higher quota attainment, highlighting the need for better enablement rather than just tool adoption.

4️⃣ 13.7% of companies now employ GTM Engineers; technical enablers who integrate AI and automation into sales workflows, improving SDR efficiency and data insight.

This survey’s aim is to be come to the gold standard for Sales Development leaders, as they scale in and into EMEA, and give them the data to make decisions on how to scale, no more guess work.

Remember when software made business simpler?

Today, the average company runs 100+ apps—each with its own logins, data, and headaches. HR can’t find employee info. IT fights security blind spots. Finance reconciles numbers instead of planning growth.

Our State of Software Sprawl report reveals the true cost of “Software as a Disservice” (SaaD)—and how much time, money, and sanity it’s draining from your teams.

The future of work is unified. Don’t get SaaD. Get Rippling.
